Class Cancellations and Rescheduling:
1.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please notify us at least 1 day before the scheduled class date. You may send an email to info@FrancinesCakes.com or call us at 516-401-4977 during our business hours.
1.2. For cancellations made at least 1 day before the scheduled class date, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method or offer a credit for a future class.
1.3. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 day before the scheduled class date or for no-shows.
1.4. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible and provide the option of a full refund or credit for a future class.

Class Transfers:

3.1. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of extreme weather, medical emergencies, or other extraordinary events, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue refunds or credits at our discretion.
