Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for any class at Francine's Cakes. By registering for a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration and Payment:

1.1. All class registrations must be completed and paid for in full through our website. We accept various payment methods, as indicated on our website.

1.2. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for a class. Francine's Cakes is not responsible for any issues arising due to inaccurate information provided during registration.

1. Student Age:

2.1. The minimum age for students in the classes is 14 years old unless stated otherwise. For younger children, a paying adult must accompany them.

1. Class Attendance:

3.1. Participants must arrive on time for their scheduled class. Late arrivals may miss important information and will not be granted additional time or a refund.

3.2. Participants are required to follow all instructions given by the instructor and to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. Francine's Cakes reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the class, poses a safety risk, or engages in inappropriate behavior, without a refund.

1. Intellectual Property:

4.1. All course materials, including but not limited to recipes, techniques, and designs, are the intellectual property of Francine's Cakes and are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of course materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Francine's Cakes.

1. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

5.1. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform Francine's Cakes of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of registration. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such restrictions, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.

1. Liability Waiver:

6.1. By registering for a class at Francine's Cakes, participants assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release Francine's Cakes, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any injury or loss sustained during the class.

1. Media Consent:

7.1. Francine's Cakes may take photographs or video recordings during classes for promotional purposes. By registering for a class, you grant Francine's Cakes the right to use your image, likeness, and any photographs or video recordings in which you appear for promotional purposes without compensation or prior approval.

7.2. We do not under any circumstances allow our workshops to be recorded by any means. You are more than welcome to photograph your own work. We may take photographs during the class, and if you do not wish to be photographed, please tell us at the time. We may use these photographs on our website or social media, but are not limited to these.

1. Personal Property and Liability:

8.1. All personal property brought into the classroom is done so at your own risk. We take no responsibility for lost, stolen, or broken property while you are on our premises or after you have left the premises.

8.2. We cannot be held liable for any money spent by students, such as travel, accommodation, etc. If we have to cancel a class and you have already made travel purchases, we would only be able to refund you for the price you paid for the class.

8.3. Cakes & Cookies are handmade products; therefore, multiple items will not be identical.

1. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

9.1. Francine's Cakes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website
